Generating new business in the world of process modules

As a Sales Engineer at Escher Process Modules, you will be responsible for acquiring projects across a wide array of fields, including everything from flares to combustion projects, from barrels to skids. This variety is precisely what makes this such a good job. You will naturally maintain good contacts with customers and will reinforce our relationship with them. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base. You will keep a close watch on projects and developments and will manage the local sales organisation. Together with the team, you will determine the strategy for the tendering process, you will negotiate contracts and you will present technical and commercial proposals to our customers. To accomplish all of this, you will produce an annual sales plan and liaise closely with our managing director.

What do we expect of you?
We are looking for a sales engineer who has qualifications at higher vocational/university level (engineering/commercial) plus 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position. You are resolute and know how to pinpoint the customer's real needs. We consider your enthusiasm and decisiveness at least equally important. You will keep a sharp eye on the latest developments and must be able to convert them into new business.

What can you expect from us?
We offer you a challenging job at Escher Process Modules, part of Iv-Groep b.v., the most multifaceted engineering firm in the Netherlands. You will join an organisation that works worldwide in seven different markets on the most exceptional and technically complex issues. These are projects that even the smartest specialists cannot instantly solve. Every day brings a new challenge and we ensure that our employees go on developing their talents. Besides our engineering work, we enjoy a bit of fun now and then. One of our traditions at Iv-Groep is to organise staff outings to the European soccer championships and the World Cup.
