Iv-Groep acquires HFG Engineering US activities
April 2010 - Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG) and Iv-Groep today announced an agreement under which Iv-Groep will take over the business activities of HFG's subsidiary HFG Engineering US (HFGE) on 1 May 2010. HFG Engineering US is an internationally operating company that provides engineering services to the oil and gas industry and has offices in Houston and New Orleans.
Framework agreement with Dutch district water board

- The Delfland District Water Board (Hoogheemraadschap Delfland) had to contend with serious flooding in 1998 and decided to take measures to prevent a recurrence. The engineering measures include increasing the capacity of pumping stations, while spatial measures include reserving space for rapid temporary water storage in wet periods.

January 2010 - Over the coming three years the Iv-Infra/Advin consortium will carry out numerous kinds of work for Rijkswaterstaat (the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management) under a framework agreement with an option for renewal by one year at most.
