December 2015 - The new underpass, Lage Worp under the N344 was recently put into use by the Municipality of Voorst (near Deventer, the Netherlands). The previous underpass, built in 1942, was nearing the end of its technical service life and had to be replaced. Iv-Infra has previously carried out the preparatory work activities, drawn up the Design & Construct contract and supervised implementation.
The contract drawn up by Iv-Infra had virtually no changes or extra costs during the work activities. Because of this and also thanks to the enthusiastic and professional contractor the work was completed on schedule, within budget and implemented in accordance with the contract requirements. The work activities on the underpass started in September. The project was officially completed on 15 December 2015.
