June 2011 - The workshop drawings department of Iv-Consult is working on the Shell SWEEP project for the Mercon mono-tower platform.
The SWEEP project aims to find small gas fields in the North Sea by means of standardised low-cost techniques, mainly minor or marginal fields near larger fields. The project includes a bridge, top side, mono-tower pile and suction anchor. The total weight of the project is around 900 tons. Delivery of the drawings is scheduled for July 2011.
