December 2011 - On 1 December 2011 the 'framework agreement for the southerly peripheral lakes and Eem' was signed between RPS/Iv-Water/Iv-Infra and the Vallei & Eem Waterboard. This agreement was signed for 4 years, with the possibility of extending it twice for a period of a year.
From 2012 the Vallei & Eem Waterboard is going to improve a total 24 kilometers of embankment along the southern peripheral lakes and the Eem. The framework agreement contains the execution of the preliminary research, consultancy, management and contract management.
